Illinois Freedom of Information Requests (FOIA)

Procedures for Submitting FOIA Requests:


Triad Public Schools requires that all FOIA requests for public records must be in writing via postal mail or e-mail.  In your written request we ask that you state that the request is being made under FOIA and clearly specify what records you are requesting.  If the request is being made for commercial purposes, then the Act states that you must disclose this to Triad Public Schools.
