Student Health Requirements

We are excited to announce that enrollment & registration for the 24-25 school year is now open for Triad Community schools.

Enrollment and registration are very important events for students, parents and staff at Triad Schools. Each year the district uses registration enrollments as a key source of information to make decisions about staffing, programs and providing families with up-to-date information and schedules prior to the start of the new school year.  Triad will continue to utilize an online enrollment and registration for new and returning students using Skyward for the 2024-2025 school year

When you registering for the 2024-2025 school year, you will fall into one of the following three categories:

Parents/Guardians of new students that do not currently have any other children enrolled in Triad are encouraged to contact your school’s secretary for access to our New Student Online Enrollment Form. Secretaries will gather some information and email you a link to the New Student Online Enrollment Form.  Filling out the information on the initial form will provide access to the Skyward system to complete enrollment. New students of pre-existing Triad district families can access the New Student Online Enrollment Forms by opening a new portal in Family Access by logging into Family Access and clicking the dropdown arrow next to the house icon and choosing “New Student Enrollment”. The New Student Enrollment Form tile will appear.  Click on it to begin enrollment.

Returning student registration will appear as a tile under each student to register in Family Access. Click on the tile under each student to begin the enrollment process.

The online system supports multiple devices (computers, tablets, phones) and platforms. Entering and reviewing online forms is best viewed using a desktop or laptop computer using the Chrome web browser. NEW for 2024! Parents/Guardians can now complete the enrollment/registration using the Skyward mobile app.

The data submitted by families through the online form system will be reviewed, refined, and formatted to be uploaded into each building's student information system to provide accurate and updated student data. We are hopeful that as we refine this process it will assist the district in savings of time, money, and resources.

• Student Fees

  • Student Fees will be collected online through Skyward/Revtrak

  • Communication regarding fees will be sent over the summer months
