We hope your summer has been filled with fun, relaxation, and time with family and friends! It is hard to believe the start of the 2026–2027 school year is just around the corner. As we prepare for another great year at Triad, we want to share important building information to help your family get ready for the new school year.

District Registration
If you have not already done so, please click on the following Online Registration Link to complete the registration process for your student.
Students must be registered prior to August 2nd to receive their class placement or middle/high school schedule on August 3rd.
Triad student fees have been pushed out and are now available in Skyward Family Access. Student fees are due by the end of the 1st quarter, Friday - October 9, 2026.
The fees for the 2026-2027 academic year can be found by clicking on the Student Fee Schedule.
For more information on how to pay student fees via a credit/debit card, please click on the following Fee Payment document. If parents want to pay school fees by check or cash to avoid the service fee, they can provide payment to the school office after the first week of school.

For parents' convenience, families with students in multiple buildings are welcome to bring all children on the same day.

Health Requirements and Physicals
Please visit our Triad CUSD#2 Health Services page for required health forms and grade-level information.
Important Notes:
Students must be up to date with vaccinations as required by the State of Illinois and their healthcare provider.
School nurses will be available during open building times to answer questions, accept medications, and collect forms.
Required physicals: Kindergarten, 6th Grade, and 9th Grade
Seniors must receive the second Meningitis vaccine – please schedule this with your provider.

School handbooks are now available. Major changes approved by the Board of Education can be reviewed by accessing this Handbook Updates document. Please take a few minutes to review them before the start of the school year. In August, families will receive instructions on how to acknowledge receipt of their child’s handbook.
