New Student Enrollment

Welcome to Triad CUSD #2. The enrollment process for new students will include the following:
Show proof of residency for all new students [Download more details]
Provide student information (student demographic data, review parent contact information, document medical issues, acknowledge participation in state and federal programs and grant permission for district board policies)
Provide a Certified Birth Certificate
Furnish necessary physical and dental exams depending on grade level [more details]
Provide information about our lunch program and participation in the Federal Free & Reduced Lunch program [more details]
Verify bus transportation arrangements [more details]
New student enrollment and returning student registration typically opens in late-March to mid-April. Please contact your building secretary to obtain the link necessary to begin the new student enrollment process using our Skyward system. Residency documentation, birth certificate, and any necessary medical forms will need to be turned into the school office for enrollment.
